A. Lace Front Cap

Yes, of course! Our pieces are made with (ethically sourced) real human hair so they can be washed and styled as you wish. Please note - we do not advise wearing your wig in chlorine swimming pools as this will remove natural oils and dry out the hair, while also damaging its colour.

If you pull the adjustable strap so it's nice and snug, you can wear the piece without using tape of glue. If you'd like that extra bit of security, We recommends using tape or Got2B glue around the edges of your piece.

The lifespan of Wigshe hair systems is determined by how well they are taken care of. Usually, lifespan is from 12 months to several years depending on how often they are worn and how well they are taken care of and what chemical treatment it had to undergo when being made.

As a rule of thumb hair in virgin color (which is „natural black“) will hold much better than in light or highlighted color. Also, straight hair is always more moisturized than wavy hair or curly. So if you order light color or highlighted hair in a curly texture, only very highest grade pure hair has to be used; however, such chemical process would definitely have a negative impact on quality of hair and so shortens its lifespan.

While wig is not in use, it may be stored in Wigshe silk hair bag, wig stand, mannequin head. When traveling, a styled wig may be carried in a box to prevent flattening.

It is better not to sleep with the wig, but if you decide to, make a couple of big braids or buns when going to sleep with a wig, or make a silk wrap. Make sure the hair is completely dry before going to bed. Never sleep with wet hair.

If your are considering to get a hair topper, we recommend ordering at least 1-2 inches longer than your hair. This gives a little wiggle room incase you want to have it trimmed by your stylist. We measure our wigs and toppers from the crown down. We do measure the hair stretched, so please take this into account for curly hair.

Mono Base is made of an ultra-fine mesh material in which the single strands are hand-tied to give the illusion that the hair is growing from the scalp. The single base material is woven more tightly than lace. With this base type, hairpieces can have a higher density of hair than regular lace base hairpieces.

You can order up to 22" in hair length. If you need more than 22", please contact us before your place your order, we can check with the factory if the hair is available.

Yes, you have 24 hours from the date the order was placed to cancel the order. After this point, the hair unit will have begun production at the factory, so it will be too late to cancel.

The lace base is made of lace material with individual hair tied to the base, which is a good choice if you want to make sure the front hairline mimics your own. The lace base is usually lightweight and breathable. It is designed to be comfortable to wear.

Silk Base is made with a layer of lace and pure silk fabric at the top of the cap. The hair knots are hand sewn under the silk, so the knots are hidden between the layers.

Color matching can be tricky because hair color can look very different with lighting and location (indoor/outdoor). You have to understand that a custom build takes a lot of time, normally, it will take over 40 days. .
Custom orders are non returnable/non refundable because they are made specific to you. If a custom order is cancelled, 40% of the money will be deducted.

Please note that actual colors may vary. Although we do our best to photograph and edit the truest, most accurate color representation; the actual color of the wig/topper may appear slightly different in person. This can be due to the way each monitor/display/phone renders color, how your eye sees color, and how different lighting environments (shade/sun, indoor/outdoor, natural lighting/florescent lighting, etc) affects color.

A topper is like one big hair extension that sits only at the top/crown of your head. It is great for those with moderate hair loss or to add volume to your existing hair. Because it is not a closed wig, your bio hair is able to move freely and can be seen underneath the topper or blended seamlessly at the hairline. It is attached by clips, combs or glue/tape via a poly strip.

To apply your clip-in hair topper:

1. Firstly, open all the pressure sensitive clips on your topper
2. Next, align the topper over your hair loss area
3. Make sure the topper is also aligned with your hairline
4. Now gently clip in the front, back, and then the side clips. Make sure the base of the hair topper is taut when you secure it
5. If one of the clips feels uncomfortable like it is pulling, simply unclip it and gently clip it in again
6. The last step is to blend the topper with your bio hair and style the topper to how you like

How to remove your clip-in hair topper:

1. Firstly, open all the clips before you take your topper off
2. Gently remove every strand of your own hair that may be stuck in the clips
3. Now gently pull the topper off your head
4. Place the topper on a topper stand or mannequin head

Before you wash, make sure you carefully detangle the hair using a wide tooth comb. Rinse from hair root to the tips in lukewarm water. Or immerse the piece in lukewarm water Wash the piece with mild shampoo

Smooth the shampoo from root to the hair tips section by section. DO NOT twist or rub. Gently rinse the piece from root to tips in lukewarm water.

Squeeze excess water. DO NOT wring the hair.

Apply leave-in conditioner from the mid-shaft to the ends(avoid the roots or knots) and leave in for a few minutes.

Cleanse the piece in lukewarm water and comb the hair with your fingers to keep the hair in the same direction

Gently squeeze excess water. DO NOT rub or wring.

Lightly blot hair with a towel DO NOT twist or wring

Secure your hair topper on a Wig Head and part the hair as you want. Then blow dry the hair.

The shorter hairs on your topper are not damaged hair or breakage, they are called the “hair return” which is necessary in the wig production process.

Normally, most of our hair pieces are made of 100% human hair, chemical treatment or non-chemical treatment and even virgin hair are all available. For less percent gray colors, the synthetic fiber will be a better choice. And our synthetic wig are made of Heat Resistance Silk.
