How to do a dutch braid on your wig?

If you have difficulty doing a dutch braid on your wig, you can follow the detailed steps below.

  • The first thing you need to do is to brush all your hair to get rid of all the tangles. When you’re done brushing your hair, you can part your hair into two equal sections down the back of your head. Now just take a hair clip or an elastic and just clip this hair out of the way or tie it up.
  • Take a little triangle section at the front, then take this section and split it into three sections. Remember to start with the same strand on the other side. Take the top strand, bring it under and into the middle and repeat the step on the bottom strand. Then you need to add in hair.
  • Take the top strand, grab some hair from the same side, and then bring it under and into the middle. Take the bottom strand, grab some hair from the side, bring it under and into the middle. Then repeat the step on the top strand. Keeping braiding until you reach the back of your head and you have no more hair to add in. Braid the hair like a normal braid and take an elastic to secure the braid.
  • Repeat the step on another side. When you are done braiding, you can loosen up the braid by pulling on the sides of the braid to make it really big and really voluminous. In the end, grab the two braids and tie them behind your head. Also, you can tie the two braids together with the rest of hair and then make a low bun.
